How to turn a locked fare into a ticket
Quick answer
Open your booking, review your flight and travellers, add any checked bags and pay the remaining balance. The airline then issues your e-ticket.
Step by step
- 1Go to Find My Booking and enter your order ID or PNR with your checkout email.
- 2Choose Complete booking.
- 3Check the itinerary and add extra checked bags if the airline offers them.
- 4Accept the terms and pay the balance shown.
Good to know
- Payment closes 15 minutes before the airline's deadline so there is time to issue the ticket.
- Passport details already sent to the airline cannot be changed at this step.
- Promo and referral codes apply to your first purchase only, not to the balance payment.
